Over the course of my working life I have been exposed to a plethora of customer engagements initially as a Software Developer/Engineer and latterly in Customer Service and Success roles. This book is built upon my experiences and learnings over quite a varied career and will hopefully serve to help others on their work journey.
While founded on experiences in Information Technology, Software Development and Application Security, I believe these teachings hold true across all Business to Customer engagements. This includes Business to Business and Business to Consumer.
Whether you work in Customer Success, Services, Support, Delivery, Sales or Marketing I hope my take on the Complete Customer Journey will provide you at least one nugget of useful information.
